Tillamook roofer finishes siding project

Josh and his crew just recently finished this project down in Cloverdale, replacing the old, worn-out vinyl siding on a local veterinary clinic with James Hardie Color Plus siding.

Why James Hardie? For one, the paint is specifically engineered to withstand damaging UV rays from the sun, giving your building up to 30 percent better fade resistance. Many of the alternative finishes and paints that are applied in the field fade quite substantially over time and have to be touched up later.

Since it’s made of fiber cement, James Hardie Siding doesn’t undergo the same degree of expansion and contraction that wood-based and vinyl sidings do, so it holds onto paint up to four times longer – reducing your overall costs without compromising aesthetics.
