Here’s What A Maintenance Visit Includes
When you join our Roof Maintenance Program, we’ll come to your home once a year, generally in the late fall to early winter. During our visit, we provide a thorough roof inspection, clean gutters, de-moss and blow off your roof, apply moss treatment, remove tree limbs and branches, and perform minor repairs.
Roof Inspection
We inspect shingles, flashings, penetrations, valleys, and visible wear points to identify concerns early.
Gutter and Roof Deck Cleaning
We remove debris from your gutters so water can properly drain. We also remove moss from your roof, blow off the entire roof deck, and apply moss treatment.
When branches and tree limbs are encroaching on your roof, we can remove those, too!
Minor Repairs
We address small maintenance items before they grow into more disruptive problems. We can also replace missing shingles at a discount.
Condition Reporting
You receive clear notes on your roof’s condition, recommended next steps, and areas to monitor over time.
